Congressman John Carter (R-TX) will appear live on C-SPAN Washington Journal tomorrow (Friday) morning to discuss his successful amendment to the Commerce, Justice, and Science Appropriations bill to block ATF implementation of a ban on imported shotguns.  Carter is also expected to address the controversial ATF “Fast and Furious” sting operation that ended up providing hundreds of assault weapons to Mexican drug cartels.
