Carter Joins House Republicans in Presenting President Obama With "Better Solutions"

Representative John Carter (R-TX) met with President Barack Obama during a House Republican issues retreat today in Baltimore, Maryland, where Republicans provided Obama with the GOP's "Better Solutions." “Over the last year, House Republicans have been committed to being the party of better ideas. During our meeting, we presented to President Obama a copy of Better Solutions, our comprehensive solutions to address the nation’s challenges. It includes the Republicans’ no-cost jobs plan, our strategy to achieve energy independence, a common sense approach to lowering health care costs, and our plan on national security and financial regulatory reform."
