Congressmen Geoff Davis (R-KY), John Carter (R-TX), and Reid Ribble (R-WI) will lead support for the upcoming REINS Act and the Regulation Moratorium and Jobs Preservation Act on the House floor tonight during Special Orders on CSPAN.
The REINS Act, H.R. 10 by Davis, scheduled for a floor vote later this session, would require Congressional approval for all future major regulations.  The Ribble-Carter bill, H.R. 2898, would place a moratorium on major new regulations until unemployment dropped below 7.8%.
