Yesterday, Representative John Carter (R-TX-31) introduced H.R. 2871, the Resist Executive Amnesty on Defense Installations (READI) Act, in the House. If enacted, the READI Act will completely prohibit the housing of illegal immigrants on any military installation within the United States.
