Carter Announces Constituent Outreach Program Washington, May 24, 2005 - Today, U.S. Representative John R. Carter (TX-31) announced a new constituent outreach program to begin Wednesday, June 8, 2005. In order to better serve the constituents of the 31st District, the caseworkers of Congressman John Carter’s office will be traveling to towns throughout the district and setting up local office hours. During these hours constituents can ask questions about services Congressman Carter offers or seek help with problems dealing with federal agencies.
