Today, U.S. Representative John R. Carter (TX-31) announced a new constituent outreach program to begin Monday, May 16, 2005.

            In order to better serve the constituents of the 31st District, the caseworkers of Congressman Carter’s office will be traveling to towns throughout the district and setting up local office hours. During these hours constituents can ask questions about services Congressman Carter offers or seek help with problems dealing with federal agencies.
