Washington, Apr 28, 2005 - Today, U.S. Representative John R. Carter (TX-31) announced a new constituent outreach program to begin Monday, May 16, 2005. In order to better serve the constituents of the 31st District, the caseworkers of Congressman Carter’s office will be traveling to towns throughout the district and setting up local office hours. During these hours constituents can ask questions about services Congressman Carter offers or seek help with problems dealing with federal agencies. Monday, May 16th, 2005 GATESVILLE OUTREACH Cotton Belt Deport Visitor Center 2307 S. Hwy. 36, Gatesville 10 a.m. to noon and then 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. Wednesday, May 18th, 2005 STEPHENVILLE OUTREACH Stephenville City Hall 298 West Washington (1 blk. West of Courthouse), Stephenville 8:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. HAMILTON OUTREACH Hamilton County Courthouse Commissioners’ Court Room 102 N.
