House Passes No Budget - No Pay Act The U.S. Senate under Democrat leadership has failed to pass a budget since April 29, 2009, in spite of two of the four years falling under a Democrat White House, House, and Senate. The House is set to pass another balanced budget plan prior to the deadline that will balance the federal budget in 10 years. H.R. 325, the No Budget, No Pay Act of 2013 extends the federal debt ceiling through May 19 and requires both the House and Senate to pass a budget by April 15 or forfeit their pay. |
