Georgetown Businessman to Hear President's Jobs Speech from Speaker's Box in U.S. House

For Immediate Release: September 8, 2011

  - Georgetown, Texas businessman Gordon Logan will attend President Barack Obama’s speech on jobs tonight during a Joint Session of Congress.
House Speaker John Boehner on Tuesday invited business owners from around the country who have created large numbers of new jobs to hear and comment on the President’s proposals.
“This assemblage of real private-sector job creators from across America should provide us with the best possible immediate feedback on these proposals,” says Congressman John Carter.  “Instead of listening to people who have studied or reported on job creation, we need to hear from folks who have actually done so.”

Gordon Logan is founder and CEO of Sport Clips, a hair salon chain with over 800 stores and 8,000 employees in 38 states.
