Congressional Outreach Set for Gatesville and Hico

(GATESVILLE, TEXAS) – Representatives of Congressman John Carter (R-TX31) will meet with Coryell and Hamilton County residents in September during Congressional Outreach sessions scheduled in Gatesville and Hico. The program allows citizens to meet with staff from Carter’s office on federal issues without having to travel out of their home county, and rotates year-round through all communities in the eight-county 31st Congressional District. Citizens are encouraged to stop by to ask questions about any federal services or seek help in dealing with federal agencies, such as the Veterans Administration, IRS, or Social Security Administration.
