Today, Rep. John R. Carter (R-TX-31) voted in support of the FAST Act, the conference report for the highway bill that will improve our Nation’s surface transportation infrastructure, including roads, bridges, transit systems, and rail transportation network. This bill, upon passage in the Senate, will go to the President to be signed into law.
