Carter Supports Central Texas Transportation, Jobs, Economy

Today, Rep. John R. Carter (R-TX-31) voted in support of the Surface Transportation Reauthorization and Reform Act of 2015, a six year highway authorization bill that will ensure much needed investments in infrastructure, create jobs, and grow our economy.
