Today, U.S. Representative John Carter (TX-31) encouraged high school students to apply for the House of Representatives Page Program. 

            The Page Program gives students the opportunity to learn first hand the governmental process of our nation.  It is an opportunity for students in Texas to experience our nation’s Capitol in a real setting where they can learn and expand their knowledge of the federal government.
