This Monday, February 7, U.S. Representative John R. Carter (TX-31) will hold his first forum of the year. The forum will be based on the No Child Left Behind (NCLB) legislation and will be attended by superintendents, officials from the US Department of Education and the Texas Education Agency.

The forum will specifically address the one percent rule and students with special needs. It will also allow superintendents to gain a greater understanding of the law, as well as ask questions about the implementation of the law into their own schools.
