Carter Congratulates Military Service Academies Graduates from Central Texas (ROUND ROCK, TX) - Rep. John R. Carter (R-TX-31) is pleased to extend his congratulations and best wishes to five officers from the 31st District of Texas on their graduation from our United States Service Academies. These courageous students left Texas to study and train at the United States Army and Naval Academies. Following their graduation, all five Central Texans will continue to serve our nation in the Armed Forces. “It is always a privilege to recognize graduates of our nation’s military academies,” said Rep. Carter. “It is an even more extraordinary opportunity to acknowledge these fine graduates from Texas District 31. It takes exceptional academic ability and outstanding character to attend our nation’s prestigious service academies, and it was my honor to nominate them to attend. As they walk across the stage at graduation, I am proud to congratulate these fine young adults that understand the challenges and sacrifices that will come with serving in the military.
