On this 6th anniversary of the terrorist attack at Ft. Hood, we must not forget the victims and their families. Our brave men and women of the military stand for all this is good in this world. They put their lives on the line to protect and preserve our freedoms. On that frightful day 6 years ago, we lost 13 and of our brave soldiers, and many more were injured. We must never forget their sacrifice and the sacrifices by their families.

Williams, to ensure the victims and families received the recognition and benefits they deserved. It was a hard fought battle against the Obama Administration, but in the end, justice prevailed. This was a case of terrorism, not work place violence, and the victims and their families earned the Purple Heart, and all their benefits. More is still to be done, and I will continue to work to ensure the memorial we have planned for the victims is completed and dedicated, as they rightfully deserve.” ### |
