News Conference on Upcoming Vote on Rangel Resolution

House Republican Conference Chairman John Carter (R-TX) will lead a news conference this afternoon in the U.S. Capitol rallying members of the House of Representatives on the upcoming vote to remove Congressman Charles Rangel as Chairman of the House Ways and Means Committee pending completion of the ongoing ethics investigation into Rangel’s tax and other legal problems.
