Congressman John Carter (R, Round Rock) will host tonight’s GOP Leadership Hour Special Order regarding substandard conditions at the Walter Reed Army Medical Center in Washington, DC. Congressman Carter, House Republican Conference Secretary, will begin the Special Order with his remarks, then yield the rest of the hour for remarks from fellow Republican Representatives.
