Washington, DC, Feb 8, 2007 - U.S. Representative John Carter (TX-31, Round Rock) today recorded his first in a series of weekly radio addresses for use in broadcast by Central Texas radio stations. Weekly addresses will follow every Thursday while the House of Representatives is in session.
