Carter names Chief Warrant Officer Four (RET) Anthony Triola as Military Representative in TX31

(WASHINGTON, DC)-Rep. John Carter (R-TX-31) named Chief Warrant Officer Four (RET) Anthony Triola as his representative to Killeen, Ft. Hood, Harker Heights, and to Veteran's associations. Triola will be based out of Rep. Carter's district office in Temple, Texas.

Rep. John Carter (R-TX-31) named Chief Warrant Officer Four (RET) Anthony Triola as his representative to Killeen, Ft. Hood, Harker Heights, and to Veteran’s associations. Triola will be based out of Rep. Carter’s district office in Temple, Texas.

“Tony has a very impressive service record, he is devoted to our service men and women, and I am honored to have him join our team,” said Rep. Carter. “He brings a wealth of experience to this position, and I know he will represent the character and values of TX31, well.”

Triola retired in January 2014 after serving 24 years, seven months on active duty, beginning his career by enlisting with the Air Force. He later applied and was accepted to the United States Army Warrant Officer Candidate School, graduating in 2002.

During his Air Force career, Triola was twice selected to the prestigious “12 Outstanding Airmen of the Year” Board, and he was awarded the “Outstanding Intelligence Airman of the Year” for 5th Air Force (Japan).

He has served three combat tours, one tour in support of Operation Desert Storm/Desert Shield, and two tours in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom. He has received numerous awards and decorations, including two Bronze Stars and the Legion of Merit. His assignments have spanned the world, including domestic posts (his last at Ft. Hood), Germany, Japan, Korea, and the United Kingdom. The majority of his service has been focused on intelligence support and leadership.

Triola and his wife, Sarah, have one baby daughter, Madeleine Elaine. He is an active sportsman who enjoys sailing, tennis and golf, and has coached and played rugby in Germany and England.
