Carter Announces 2021 Congressional App Challenge Winners

(Round Rock, TX) - Representative John Carter (TX-31) announced the winners of the 2021 Congressional App Challenge.
 
Every year members of Congress host the Congressional App Challenge encouraging students from their district to create and code a digital app. Middle and high school students can enter the national competition and compete with fellow students from the district.
 
“Each and every year I am blown away by the creativity of the students who enter the Congressional App Challenge. Their advanced coding abilities are highly impressive and I always enjoy meeting with the students to learn about their apps," said Congressman Carter. "It is no question that digital is the future of our society and these TX-31 students are already well ahead in their field. Congratulations students, you should be very proud!"
 
2021 Congressional App Challenge Winners:
 
1st Place: StemStart
